why do i get flu like symptoms when tired

when im very tired i get weird flu like symptoms like im getting a cold or something but as soon as i go to sleep and wake up the next morning the symptoms have gone completly

headache.body aches,weakness .

whys this?does anyone else get this

It's probably because you're tired.
