Is it really ok to touch food without cleaning it? I don’t want to worry too much about getting covid, I can’t have alot of stress in my life, tooo much stress is pretty bad for my Psoriasis & my speech.

Covid is less likely to stay on food than on plastic packaging.

Did you get the shot? If you did, you're mostly safe - even if you get infected, your symptoms will be mild.
