I'm doing everything that is recommended to help clear my head and help me with social skills.
'm drinking raw milk, eating rare grass fed beef, doing the ketogenic diet.
The ketogenic diet by itself helps with 'on the spot' thinking in my experience. I've noticed with the raw food it helps with anxiety and makes me feel a bit more aggressive in a good way.
The next things I'll try are turmeric tablets and magnesium.
Any other suggestions?
