My doctor has been very nice to me, thus far, in my opinion (bedside manner). Some other doctors were condescending, arrogant and rude. (Fine)

The portal says that the professional will answer in three business days. She usually takes much longer

She prescribed Glycolax and the Walgreens app told me that it was "under review", for about one week. Then it told me to dial the pharmacy phone number and when I did he told me that the drug the doctor prescribed, the insurance won't pay for, and he told me the correct prescription. Then I emailed the doctor that. (The pharmacist should have just told the doctor). The doctor took 20 days to answer a simple little message

She has cancelled two out of five appointments and with under two hours notice. (When the patient cancels appointments, the patient gets billed)

She wrote me a referral form for speech therapy and did not put the phone number. I asked for the phone number. She didn't answer for over a month. I wrote another email. She hasn't answered over a week.

Two times the nurse gave me a computer printout of upcoming appointments and it said "phone appointments" and she crossed it out and put (office appointment). (I was afraid the receptionist would tell me that the system said "phone appointment" and would not tell the doctor to come to my appointment.). I emailed them, that, and they said they could not fix it because that's how the computer system worked.

Medi-Cal

I don't know what to do. I don't think I have the authority to do anything about it. Maybe change doctors or change insurance. But other doctors might be even worse and you don't know until you change doctors

Doctors get away with so much BS and I get away with so little
