This guy at the pub earlier pointed out that I have pale skin and dark circles under my eyes.

Should I be worried about my health?

Not really, you probably stay up late and don't go out much into sunlight - but we all should be in touch with our medical providers for check-ups.

People used to comment about my dark circles (I look like a raccoon). Then I stopped wearing contacts and switched to glasses. The circles are still there, but the glasses hide them so well that nobody notices the circles.

Did you ever get those kidney tests?

I remember you said you were concerned about your kidneys over a year ago.
Lots of people suggested you see your doctor and you said you would.
That's why I asked.

Drinking a sufficient amount of water (not water as part of other drinks, but water itself), can help improve kidney function.

I drink approximately 4 pints of water (2 litres) a day.

The dark circles under people on the spectrum's eyes are a symptom of salicylate acid sensitivity/build up. 70% of people on the spectrum have this food acid sensitivity.

The easy way to treat it is via epsom salts on your skin to detox the excess acids via urination. The long term solution is to do a Lot of work to heal your digestive tract to reduce/eliminate the sensitivity at it's root cause.

Just to clarify: You do Not need to put epsom salts near your eyes! Just needs to be on your skin to absorb. We absorb the most through the bottom of our feet - so epsom salt foot soaks in hot water are good. Or just mix epsom salts and water in the palm of your hand and rub on the bottom of your feet or anywhere on your body and let it dry and then leave it to absorb.

I like the lavender scented epsom salts and use them in the tub .Great for sore muscles or relaxing.
I didn’t know that about the dark circles, my family tends to have them.
