lol I do excercise but I don't know if I do it enough... see because I'm a young dude I ain't learned the sacred ways of not being lazy on my own accord when interesting things ain't happening. :P

Martial arts good... I'm sick to death of being in this goddamn house without most of me family here... lol there's a stain on my outfit and so can't be arsed to wash it off... so that's my excuse because I'm so bored - of not going. How goddamn lazy am I on my own? :P lol

I exercise my mouth and my vocal cords... and often my tear ducts too. I do a lot of complaining. :)

i have no motivation to exercise on my own, at all. i have to end up paying a personal trainer so that i am forced to keep my appointments. i don't enjoy it, but my health is imporving. i went from being unable to walk up to my 4th floor office (the elevators are insanely slow) without getting totally winded to being able to run 2 miles in about 20 minutes. YAY ME! and i'm sleeping better and have more energy in general.

I walk my dog and I go to the gym and do cardio on the elliptical machine. Some people get bored exercising on machines at the gym but I like the fact that I can put my headphones on and get into a certain "zone" for 40 minutes without having to pay much attention to what I'm doing. I sleep better and it helps reduce my stress too.
