It's just hurtful that people don't like my physique when I work out with weights

Well I'm glad you're not embarrassed

I don't think there's anything wrong with your physique Jamesy but if you want a six pack then you might wanna get a personal trainer and dietician to help you

I've no idea.

For health, past the typical 'eat healthy, sleep healthy', I suggest getting a blood work done than just the mirror and scales before deciding whether to lose or gain.

Because to me, visible weight and figure doesn't necessarily determine someone's metabolism and how healthy they actually are..


For aesthetics, I have no idea.
If it's body building, no idea how it works.

Other than having particular sleep issues, having crappy diet, not so good habits and poor overall resistance (especially regularly getting sick since doing workouts) is not recommended to do regular workouts or tone it down a little and have it slower...

.. No idea when or when not to bulk up and turn it into muscle.
Fat distribution is very individual. And goals are just as individual.


And if one is asking me as a 'woman'???

As for my own sense of aesthetic, I cannot judge. Other than it doesn't standout if one shows something like that to places like in the beaches.


Well, you don't appear to be injured or crippled.
Nothing to worry about that part.
