My left arm has gone really feeble lately. Like all the strength has gone from it. I don't care for it.

Apparently you're supposed to sit on a tennis ball if you have sciatica

I woke up with a dead hand the other day. I think maybe I slept on it?

That used to happen to me a lot when I was single & hated sleeping alone. It still occasionally happens but it's a lot less.

Usually, it's always on my left side.

Whenever my body is feeling stressed, overwhelmed or tired -- it's my left side of my neck feeling tense.

When I shut down or freezing, it's in my left eye. It's as if the fog was coming from there and I hate it.

Also my toothaches; it's always on the left.
The headache that lasted for over 5+ years came from my front left tooth that was broken since age 10, and got infected somehow years later.

Now my innermost molar is giving me trouble and headaches that literally just spreads my entire left side of head and neck so painful.
I'll be going to the dentist for this very soon, just this week.

Whenever I have gut issues, I always feel it on my left. Well, I supposed, that's where my stomach is. :|

In contrast... Anything related to nerves seems to involve on my right side.

Occasional numbness on my right thigh, random sudden weakness and pain on random joints which may happen at least once every 2 months or so..

Three appointments all in a row next week. Neurosurgeon on Monday, psychotherapy on Tuesday and a GP appointment on Wednesday.

I just postponed my GP appointment until the following week. That one can wait.

I'm really hopping I can convince my doc to try prescribing me the old-school immunosuppressant Cyclosporine. I've had skin eczema & sinus allergy problems throughout my life. The only treatment that has majorly helped in steroid shots & pills. I've been taking Prednisolone for like 5 years because it helped for a while. Unfortunately I built up a tolerance & it quit helping. I've tried gradually weaning myself off various times but I went back on due to having a rebound flareup for my skin & allergies. My doc would be willing to prescribe Dupixent but my insurance will not cover those types of meds due to their insane cost unless I figuratively jump through lots of hoops first & one issue gets a bit more sever. I've had a CT scan done on my sinuses right after Christmas & everything is mostly OK there. My doc is kinda lost as to what to try now. I've been doing LOTS of research & immunosuppressants were the long term systemic meds used to treat sever cases of skin eczema before the newer meds came out. There are also various case reports of those meds helping with sinus allergies. I have an appointment with my doc in the middle of next month & I'll suggest trying that approach but I'm not sure he'll go for it considering the potential serious side-effects. However some of those side-effects could be treated by other meds that are covered by my insurance & regular blood-work could help minimize the risk & could be covered my my insurance. I care alot more about my quality of life than I do lifespan. I'm majorly frustrated & tired of dealing with these problems. I wonder how I could get away with robbing a pharmacy, JK

I had nine appointments from M - F, minus Wednesday.

Nine appointments in four days.

Now I'm drunk.

I used to chew my hair when I was a child and I think I puked up a hairball once.

I swear to cod I'm not even yolking. I was going to see my daughter when she was a baby and I had this mad pain in my stomach when I was walking down the road and all of a sudden I needed to wretch and I puked it up. It was hideous and like a greyish colour and about the size of a small orange.

I'll never forget that. I was in so much pain with it that I dissociated and it felt like I left my body.

I mean I thought I was having some kind of psychotic event at the time because of the drugs and the dissociation so I never actually told anyone about it until... well now as a matter of fact.

I have tinea on my chest and back.
I didn't even know that was a thing.
Apparently almost everyone has it, but it only shows up as white patches when you get a tan.
The insane humidity doesn't help.

I had a migraine caused by too much stress in changing over my health insurance to a new provider.
Fortunately it is all sorted out now and I got my pills from my provider! :D

I can't beat that.
Seems you win.

I have seven appointments on M,T,W this week.
Then I'm done for the foreseeable future, other than therapy.
