cold feet literally
feet been cold lately. wearing 2 pairs of socks. while sleeping, five long sleeve shirts and a jacket and five blankets and sweatpants and shorts and space heater on and still cold.
how do the homeless in alaska cope with the cold? during the daytime, it's about 50 degrees fahrenheit where i live. much warmer than some other areas.
feet been hurting way too much. so much, i wonder how much longer i could hold that job. but not being able to stand eliminates a lot of jobs: restaurant, retail, sales, manual labor. esp since, zero job skills.
sometimes, after 20 minutes, try and fail to defecate. usually, after breakfast, immediately defecate in my Pigpen. Then get to work and defecate again before work. paranoid i need a colostomy bag.
my worthless corpse dysfunctional already and only 39. it's only getting worse.
exhausted all the time, but that is not new.
physically weak and slow.
annoying how idiots have the nerve to laugh @ me.
starting the past couple of days, hands and feet have been frozen in the morning sometimes. november through february cold as f**k in my house.
when i wear gloves it makes it hard to type on the keyboard.
doctor said i have to get tested for Reynaulds Phenomenon
end of january 2024, my sister told me the PGE (electricity) bill was too high and after that i unplugged the space heater (which only heated the hallway anyways), and haven't touched it since then.
however, my sister came over and the first thing she did was open a window.

If it's from cold you could maybe get a space heater or two so you can set it up to keep your area warmer...my aparment does not always have good cold protection so I also use a space heater sometimes. But idk you can likely find somewhat affordable ones at hardware stores. We have single pane windows and so curtains we put up help to keep the heat in but sometimes we still need a space heater.
But if your feet are all numb and stuff currently could be worth if you can get to a hospital getting that checked out, like if even being warmed up they are they still numb after you warm them up? or does that help? For sure if your house does not have good heating a space heater can be really helpful to stay warm. I have one in my apartment I don't have to use it very much but on extra cold days it is helpful.

Your posts are really relatable. That's why you get so many replies. Defecation is my #1 goal each morning. It is why I drink coffee. So I have a ritual. Get up, feed cats, drink coffee, share my opinions online, eat breakfast, and, ta-da, the magic usually happens after that. If not, I will get up and walk around the living room while drinking tea.
Do you do that? Pace around the living room? Do it, while visualizing the need, your goal. The mind does have power over the body, tremendous and ultimate power.
I do not think you need a colostomy bag based on your symptoms.
As for multiple defecations - normal. Anywhere from 1 to 4 in a single morning. Happens. Depends on diet. You must analyze, no pun intended, your food intake to determine what is upsetting your gut. Artificial sweeteners are bad, so is a lot of other junk. Salty food. Dairy. I have to have the right diet, and not be eating too much either. Are you eating too much?
I do the same as you, bundle up with multiple layers of clothing, and use a space heater, or not even that during night. When I am in bed, there is no heat on in the house. All I run is an electric blanket under other blankets keeping me warm.
Hope this helps, compact ample hair-free man.

i have a ritual too. except that i do not pace around the living room, drink coffee, or drink tea. my day "job" involves too much walking already. lot attendant @ home depot.

no medical professional has ever told me to get a colostomy bag or anything like that, thus far.

my weight has been stable between ages 25-41 and counting, so i do not think that i am eating too much or too little.
last night, i ate one and a half cantonese "zongzi" (rice dumpling). duck eggs and rice. mango. ate the perimeter off two blocks of taro cake. got an "off" feeling in stomach. (4 minutes, liquid bowel movement). that's the second time (liquid bowel movement) has happened immediately after zongzi, and i have not eaten zongzi that many times. likewise, after zongzi, my bowel movements tend to take even longer than usual. this morning, immediately after breakfast, (40 minute bowel movement). that's way too long. sometimes i have to go to work. but even if i do not have to work, i have other things to do, it's too cold temperature to be sitting on the litterbox with pants down. besides, sometimes the phone or internet is not working, so i have to read a book on the litterbox. while i love reading, you can only read so many hours a day. sometimes the power is out and you can't read a book or go on the iphone.

january 30, 2024, my sister, who pays the utilities, told me that the electric bill was too high. as a result, i turned off the space heater and have not touched it since. it is now january 20, 2025 martin luther king day. s**t. today, took a nap from 8:30 to 10am. woke up feet f*****g FROZEN unbearable and s**t. five blankets, two pairs of socks, sweatpants, shorts, jacket, hooded sweatshirt, three long sleeve shirts.
as usual, after a couple hours, feet regained sensations.
Hope this helps, compact ample hair-free man.
february 10
it's been getting brighter earlier in the day and getting darker later in the day.
in january, it rained only a couple of times this year. past couple years, rained a lot more often.
usually on days off work, wake up around 5am, breakfast, stretch, litterbox. nap 7-8am. and wake up with frozen f*****g feet. feels unbearable but don't know an alternative. can't afford to turn on the f*****g heater s**t.
seriously regretting doing so f*****g badly @ school and sabotaging my career history, s**t.
