Cardiovascular exercises, i.e. running, swimming. Walking on the occasion is good. Stretches really help. Ballistic stretches are dangerous though, e.g. standing up and bending down trying to touch your feet; having gravity help you stretch, or some other external force. Some minor weight lifting, too.

I walk. Simple as that, but I am getting more involved lately. I live in New Mexico and walks in the desert with my dog, my walking stick, and my IPod gives me time to spend with myself. I've begun the study of Buddhism, and the Buddha teaches you need to be your own best friend.

Taking care of myself by walking, talking to myself, is following this Buddhist precept. If anyone would like to know more about my newfound peace, I would be glad to pass along what I've learned. It's funny, but I have not found many NT's who do this. :)

i talk to myself all the time, especially when i walk or run.. i walk to work everyday in the morning, just under 3k, and i run a few laps, sometimes i jog, sometimes its a run, sometimes i vary it, jog one lap, run harder the next, sometimes i sprint for 20 secs, jog 10, sprint 20, jog 10, something called tabat intervals.. obviously i cant 'talk' to myself when i do those.. i also hop the stadium steps, top to bottom, duckwalk style..

I use to lift weights(machine, not free weights)and I loved the feeling, even being sore the next day.I also love to bike, about 20-30 miles a week but got out of the "habit" and find it more difficult at 43,because of years of smoking.I loved Yoga but dont have the room in my apartment(it's a cluttered mess,to many collections and two large bunnie hutches, the cats are always crawling on me when I get on the floor, bit destracting.)

I have been very sedentary the past 4 years, since getting in a relationship.I recently changed to a job that requires physical labor for about 10 hours.I logged 4 miles on my pedimeter,so I am hoping this will break my lazyness habit.I hate having any bdy fat in the summer, very irritating and hot.

I never got into jogging because I get such bad shin splints and have family history of bad knees.I also have an indoor bike that I really like but it has been a coat rack for past few years.

I do a bit of weight-lifting at home, and I walk to college (which is about 20-30 blocks away from where I live).

I started seriously riding my bike about a month ago. The last two weeks I have put more miles on it than I have on my car. I'm training to do this- http://www.shinergasp.com/ - a 90-mile ride from Austin to the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Maybe I'm crazy, but there's beer at the end of it so how bad can it be?

I've been lifting free weights recently, and studying obsessively on the right ways to eat and exercise.
I'm just about ready to buy new plates on all except one or two bodyparts.

Boxing, running when weather permitting, weight-lifting when I can be motivated.

I used to be an obsessive calorie-counting bodybuiler, but an unrelated injury forced me to stop. Im planning to try and get back into it slowly.

I use the HST method (anything else is a proven waste of time) and have basic equipment at home. (hi/lo pulley, power cage).

Youd do well to check out this site; www.hypertrophy-specific.com A lot of the members are students of sports science, and all the advice in the official articles is referenced to scientific research (rather than myth). Its quite a friendly place too IIRC.

Thank you! It is sometimes hard to fight through the hype. I need factual reports.
One of my favorites is the ad in the muscle mag that tells you "Catabolic means your body isn't building muscle, but is actually burning your muscle for energy. You might be catabolic RIGHT NOW and you might not even know it! You need our product to prevent this!"

I seem to play around and end up doing alot of fitness stuff in the process.

I used to weight lift but havn't done it in years now.

I practise handstand related stuff often handstand push ups sweaps capoeria etc.

I do taekwon-do. I am good at kicks and height and I have much better balance than any one else I train with even tho i ahve only been doing it for a year.

I have done Parkour training for a while. I don't do too badly or tho some of the jumps are a little scary.

I run some times but no where near as often as i should be i guess im a bit lazy.

At some stage I am going to make a video to show case my ablitys. I have been told by others that I am good enough to be a professional stunt man if i wanted to be.

....I still don't have that elusive 6 pack I want...

muay thai and exercises related to enhancing my mt performance.
and doing a full-body machine session a week - usually after the muay thai sessions.

i would love to run, as stamina is my weakest point, but i sooooo hate running. :(
but rope skipping is fun.
