This has been one of my obsessions for a couple of years now - to walk the GR20 in Corsica which is one of the most spectacular and most challenging walks in Europe (but perfectly manageable for anyone who is reasonably fit). I have planned to go alone this summer (end June. beginning July), which is maybe not the best idea though I dont think its dangerour. Anyone else obsessed with walking/mountains who would be interested in trying it? I will do it anyway even if I dont find someone as I dont mind walking and camping alone, but it might be nice to have some company. So far only my ex husband has been interested, but even he says it is a bit long (2 good weeks) and I dont really want to spend that long with him (even though we are good friends now). There is a good description of the walk in the rough guide to corsica (a whole chapter) or also a small book you can get (in french) which is specific to the walk itself with all the maps for anyone who is interested.
