I really like it. I am planning to buy my own board for next year. Started out skiing but once I managed to stand up on a snowboard I never looked back, mind you I am still a beginner.

I am not sure of the exact model of my board but I ride a Salomon. With Burton bindings. Its sorta new and I am still getting the feel for it this season.

How experienced is everyone? I know someone posted that they were a beginner, but is there any experienced riders or anyone who likes to ride the park?

I have just currently bought myself a Trans Wide board just for beginners like with Freestyle Bindings and Saloman Boots, nothing to flash hopefully will upgrade to something better in the future.

YES! I love it... only took me several years of going on two trips a year to finally start carving instead of plowing!

RIDE - Fleetwood, 165cm board
FLOW - Amp9 bindings
Burton - MOTO boots size - 14 US, 12 UK, 48 EUR, 31 JAP... woohoo... I'm a big boy now! :wtg:

...although I still wear wrist guards... my 47 year old wrists are not something I wish to break or sprain 8O

I ski Mt. Shasta, and Dodge Ridge in California and Mt. Ashland, Oregon.

I used to go skiing as a youngster but I had never done any snowboarding.
I would love to do it sometime.

I don't snowboard, because of having a bad back, so only tried it once, but kept falling on my butt . I do live in Calgary about a mile from COP or Calgary Olympic Park, its a great place to learn Snowboarding, with the added bonus of being close to the Rockies
