if you're sick and asking yourself if it's the flu or just a cold, remember you're hardly ever hungry if it's the flu. You don't have any desire to eat until the fever breaks.

If you have fever it's the flu. If you don't its a cold.

I have a cold right now and my temp is at 100.1 F

You can have a fever with a cold.

Flu is often characterized by muscles aches, I think. Higher fever, more severe symptoms.

And stomach flu is an entirely different beast. ew.
