Picket Strike today at Morrisons Depot
Picket Strike at Morrison’s and Sainsbury’s, Bridgewater today http://www.eclecticblue.org.uk/no-milk-today/
Farmers are moaning about the cost of their milk being marginalised under inflation of supermarket costs.
To the expense of the farmer it takes a lot of milk from one prized dairy cow to get the whole herd to comply and when that isn’t hard enough to have to comply to, you’ve got big supermarket giants leading the way through the bad ass exit in a hasty retreat. Why compete? The farmer and yourself will lose out even whilst we’re still in the European union. If we weren’t, what then?
I’m not stupid enough not to shop around, and hello, there are still local businesses doing it, thanks to the early bird.
In the days where you could shop in your local grocery store, do you think you’d have this tartar?
My relative farmer who runs the agricultural side of manufacturing, hurt his arm actually dislocating it after working a 60 hr week and all you can do is moan about you’re stupid brands and pay the farmer a pittance for their hard work? Just another example why we shouldn’t trust any government to help us in economical agricultural welfare. Its just a cash cow for a laughing cow to them.
Get your facts sorted out you idiots and realise this isn’t some funny film with Norman Wisdom about milk warfare. Trust in the humble milkman in the days before the E.u when we could feed our families and not have these problems is a by gone age. This is why we wan to keep the trade unions and our royalty intact.
Trust in your local farmer, save agriculture and whistle blow on supermarket consumer traps.
Play fair, that’s to all of you.

I really like the HH song, FWIW, it's now available in REAL stereo for the first time.

A milk strike where I live would have minimal effect on me as I can't drink the stuff (might as well be milk of magnesia to me), but I guess if it lasted long enough it could affect my ability to get butter and hard cheeses (which I can enjoy).
Here in Colorado, I avoid buying stuff packaged by Sinton's dairy as they're not what I call a sustainable company.

Well, there would be no trade union without the people running the pickets and good on the workers for realising and the agricultural market for bringing it out into the open.
No minimum wage in my country is worth all this hassle but you want a bit of tooth and nail, then bring on the picket lines. I just hope it doesn’t spiral down South, just as consumers are getting their land destroyed by hillbilly rioters and protesters. Bring on the march or sanction off wage slips to AFCAS.
I’d rather we have our earths natural resources and buy from the local food dairy
Lactose or no lactose, we ALL need the milk as calcium, for healthy skin and bones.
This row will make or break dairy manufacturing and consumer rights if we heed to them needlessly.
