A (slightly gross) stomach virus question

Hey all,

My mom had a stomach virus for about a day (upset stomach). It has now been 48 hours since she had one. For the whole day today (starting about 24-30 hours after she was done being sick), I have been using the bathroom constantly almost. I also have been gassy, and at times I have had less energy than usually. It seems like I have gone about 8-10 time today, but without diarrhea.

My question is this:


Does this sound like a stomach bug?

i would go to an urgent care clinic or the doctor. probably a tummy bug.

Without knowing your medical history, there is a limit to what I can say, but none of the symptoms that you describe would cause me to be concerned at this stage.

I would not go to see a doctor, yet. If you have mild symptoms that don't abate after, say, 48 hours, then you should phone your doctor.
