Does anyone have any idea on what could fix this? BAsically there is some abnormal/dead cell mass in my dopamine nerves severing the connnection between my frontal lobe and the rest of my brain. its preventing me from moving forward in recovery and straining relationships with my family friends and caregivers. It was caused by acety-l-carntine creating bad connections on top nicotine/caffeine damage on top of a dopamine system intially reseting itself after a long period with neuroleptic drugs, the effect is a simliar to a lobotomy in terms of mental impairment.
Now i know that i had a similiar effect with acetyl-l-carnitine before when on meds but the meds broke it down after a while. i dont think taking risperdal again is an option as would make me severyl ill again. also a nutrional protocol i was given including some homeopathics started me on
returning to brain function/mental status but wasnt completed. ANyone have any ideas on fixing it?

Just wondering, did you just come to the conclusion there is a dead cell mass, or did you have some sort of tests to test the functioning of the brain areas and this what they told you.
One reason I am asking is because most studies show that acety-l-carntine is known to protect the brain from damage. It is neuroprotective and prevents cell death, so I am comfused as to how this could cause damage?
Now neuroleptic drugs, that is a differnt story, they can cause damage and can be toxic, that is why they should only be used if the risk is not worse then the symtoms (like if your having hallucinations, ect).
I am far from a expert, but I think your best course of action would be to see what areas of functioning where lost, and work on learning those again. Basicly if your brain is damaged from the neuroleptic drugs, there isnt any easy way to repair the brain. If you havent already, then you need to talk to someone like a neurologist.

its something i have concluded. attempting to get a profesional to assess it would require a great deal of money wich i dont have and not have said professional write me off as a loon.

i have effect with acetyl-carnitne when taken with a psychotropic substance causes abnormal connections. when i took i not under a psychtropic state i had a wonderful restoritive effect.

I dont think a doctor is going to 'write you off as a loon'. You just have to take charge and make it known what you want and dont want. If they try to give you treatment you dont want, make it known you will not do that. Pretty much unless your running around town in the nude, then you are going to be in charge of the care you get. If you don't have any money, you could try your local health clinic, it would be sliding scale or free. If you still have the acety-l-carntine, maybe you could try that again, if you are not on the anti psychotic meds.
