I have the following symptoms:
Headache
Nausea
Indigestion
Abdominal Pain
I also haven't taken a crap in over 24 hours, which is highly unusual considering how fast my metabolism is and how much I've eaten in the last 24 hours. The abdominal pain is just below the ribs. It generally just feels sore, but any time I touch it, make any quick movements, or laugh, etc... it hurts pretty bad.
I don't have any money to see a doctor, and looking online, the only things I could find which match my symptoms really, are an ulcer, or pregnancy(which I'm not... I'm a guy).
I can only assume it's somehow related to food, so let me explain a little bit. Over the last couple months I've had pretty much no money, so I've eaten very little, usually less then a full meals worth each day. I've lost a lot of weight and feel like I've nearly starved myself. I got sick of being constantly hungry, so I stole some food from the local Safeway(I know, I'm a bad person). I ate a lot of chicken, chips, and other junk food. About 5-6 hours later, I started to feel like this. The symptoms have persisted for going on 48 hours now.
If you know of anything that can help or explain this, please tell! It hurts so bad...
Also, I feel hot and sweaty, yet cold at the same time... kinda like a fever. But this is definitely no fever!

Could be appendicitis...may not even be related to the food...

I cant say for sure, but if you where vomiting I would say food poisoning, but your symptoms could be so many things, no one here could tell you for sure what is happening.

FREE CLINIC!! !
Find the nearest free clinic asap, they are usually in or near your local hospital. Everything will be free, and they will help you. The symptom that concerns me the most is the pain, maybe kidney stone that is lodged or something, no one here can be sure!! ! Look up your free clinic asap.

BTW, when you run a fever, you arnt going to crap as much as usual, because your body is drawing all the moisture it can to stay hydrated, but if it was constipation, the pain would most likely be lower in your gut

I'm trying to find a free clinic near me... but even if I do, I have no way of getting there. I don't drive.

well, for the first time in my life, I forced myself to puke. It cured the nausea, but the other symptoms remain. Also, my puke was a really strange dark brown/red color. Does anyone know what that could mean? It didn't look like blood, but I can't be 100% positive.

Any family, friends, co worker, the people next door, anyone possible that could take you? Tell them it is a emergency if you have to!
Bus, cab, walking there. Most bus drivers, if you tell them you need a ride to the clinic for a emergency, I am sure they would let you jump on for free.
If nothing else, call the clinic and tell them what is wrong and that you have no way to get there, they might be able to send someone or have something in place for these type of situations. I am sure the majority of the people that go to the free clinic dont drive.
Anyway of getting there must be better then being in pain

The color of your vomit would be from the color of the food you eat. You really cant tell much from looking at the color, unless it is bloody, even then you are going to have a hard time telling what is blood without testing it first.
Forcing yourself to puke is only going to make things worse, because it is going to cause you to become more dehydrated, and the nausea will come back, I am sure of it. Like I said no one here could tell you what is wrong with out doing tests. Most likely the doctor wont know what is wrong also till they do some sort of scan, most likely a CT scan.

If you havent found one yet, go here, scrol down to community health clinics. They say sliding scale fee, but if you dont have enough money for food, it will be free
http://www.evergreenhealthcare.org/services/network/healthcare.htm
From where you say you live, I am thinking one of those places will be close to you

EDIT - if the clinics wont take you in a short amount of time or you dont want to go there, try the hospitals, often there is some sort of clinic there also.

Blood doesn't usually look like the bright red liquid that you see when you cut your finger. If you are looking for it, it would probably be more of a rusty-red-brown color.

If this is the case, this is what the ER is for! Find some way to get there.

Kalantir, you did starve yourself, then you suddenly ate too much for your stomack to deal with. (don't you eat that fast again!) Could be food poisoning or your body trying to re-adapt to a change that is much too sudden. Even if you aren't hip protruding thin, you were still starving. Also drink fluids, as having none very easily cause damage as well. The fact that you aren't having diahrea or poop even is where I figured dehydration. Dehydration that likely did damage to a certain organ on the opposite side of your gutt. Just a guess.

Do you have any odd tastes in your mouth? Diarrhea?

Could be gastroenteritis. Just a stomach bug.

Even if it isn't you should go on the BRAT diet:

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast (plain)

Also, try immodium, works wonders it does.

I've had it before. It was the worst! Headache, fever, really stinky poos, nausea. I ate some tainted steak-ums.

Call 911. Now. They will send an ambulance and you will be treated. Don't worry about payment now. You can worry about that when you're well.

Thank you all for being so helpful. I haven't been to a hospital yet... been sleeping. To be honest, I feel a lot better then I did earlier. But I still have a mild headache(as opposed to the splitting headache I had before). And the pain in my upper abdomen is a lot less severe as well. I'm thinking I'll just wait till tomorrow before doing anything... it must just clear itself up.

I made sure to drink some water afterward.

That's really not very comforting... That's more or less what color it was.

Heh... I've been hip protruding thin my whole life.

Yeah, the head splitting headache, along with the hot sweaty and cold thing, that is a fever, probably over 100, when your head becomes splitting beyond what you can stand, that is what it feels like when your temp is in the deadly range, usually above 103.
If your head starts herting again and the pain in your abdomen gets worse again, then you really need to get some help.

gastroenteritis, would most likely be a pain low in your abdomen, and most of the time you would have the severe craps, like craping yourself bad.
And this is not just a stomach bug, that doesnt bring the type of pain you have. High abdomen pain is usually kidney, gallbladder, spleen, ect.
The reason it is important to get help when having upper abdomen pain is because if something like your spleen or gallbladder rupture, you could die before you make it to the hospital. So dont put it off if you are having bad pain there.

roadracer's right, you really need to see a clinician. Even rural areas usually have free clinics. If need to go to the ER but you're too poor to pay, chances are good that you'll qualify for your state's medical assistance program. Blood in the digestive tract can be any color from red to black, and be an consistency from coffe-ground like to tar-like, depending on what section of the gi tract it's coming from and how long it's been digested. Vomiting blood is extremely serious, and definitely worth going to the ER for.

I don't know much about anatomy. Do you know which organ would be right below my ribs? Like... straight up from my belly button? That's where the focus of the pain is. Although it mainly just feels sore now more then anything.
