I see the participant has flexibility of choosing beneficiaries, even if the ground rules look to be cure-centric.

I wonder if Sarah Haskins knows the early signs of a quantum theorist. Drug them and control their minds from an early age.

I would gladly support a self-advocacy version--there have been some. You notice, however, that this organization in question let's the participants choose the beneficiaries.
