I got up and my inner ear balance mechanism felt "dead"...that's the only word I can think of. I had to rear up on the balls of my feet to be able to sense my own movement. That's not an ASD thingy for me, my vestibular system has always been normal. I felt like I couldn't control my movements, though I tested that by walking along a line on the floor and my movement and balance were normal. My peripheral vision also seemed to pulsate, though the central part was normal, like this small area directly in front of my eyes was still and the rest of the world was whirling around in circles.
I have this mild cold thingy at the moment, maybe it affected my inner ear balance organ??
