Hi,
I'm diagnosed ADHD and I've finally self-diagnosed myself as Aspie. I'm trying to figure out how both conditions would affect each other. I know this combo is not uncommon but there doesn't seem to be some section/sticky for ADHD and Aspie together on wrongplanet.

The ADHD meds don't do too much for some of my executive dysfunction issues whereas it does for other ADHD people. It does help me and I noticed when I was on the right medication which I'm not on now for various reasons, what others have referred to in the past as OCD tendencies pop right up. They weren't interfering with my life but sort of how I was naturally without the ADHD interfering if that makes sense. But I'm not a stereotypical Aspie, for one I'm a female. And I do have some theory of mind though it's taken me years to get here.

I'm hoping to get some sort of official clarification in the next few weeks.

Neither actually exist. Meds are a bad solution. If a human can't survive naturally then something's wrong. The world must cope with him/her, not vice-versa.
