It's mad how something can just disappear from your mind

Like something that was at the front just moves right to the back within an instant

It blows my mind this kind of s**t

So noticed this too early on in life.. And thats when I , s tarted to do early personal research into supplements that gave good results for increasing brain support, including memory ..book " Life Extension " by Firk Peirson MD.
That eventually expanded into studying Nootropic supplements . They all helped.
But the weirdest thing , that I did was to "quit" trying too hard to remember.. and suddenly maybe a few minutes later it would just come to me.( what i was truing to remember).
very weird..but it worked for me. Just a thought. 8)

I think I've just worked something out in my own head but I can't form it into words yet

I'm not even sure what it is I've worked out actually

I'm stressed and dissatisfied, not "anxious".
I'm tired and bored, not "depressed".

By the stars, why overuse 'anxiety' and 'depression'??? :roll: I'm neither of those.

And most of my 'anxiety' and 'depression' is hormonal, possibly with stupid sensitivity and a stupid form of homeostasis that's yet to be fixed because my body 'adapting' meaning it's 'more comfortable with miserable-lazy'.

Not situational and/or psychological.
I know the difference.

And it's just frustrating.

Unless one can diagnose me with depression and that my main trigger is chronic sneezing and it's inflammatory symptoms.

And that my source of anxiety is unstable, unreliable and unpredictable sleep restorative and energy levels because I genuinely don't know if it's the day when and when I'm able or not.

Otherwise, then I refuse.

Sometimes I can't express my disappointment enough to justify the way I feel

What alters the perception of time?

Dopamine's time estimation.
Anxiety's shorter estimation and faster time perception.
On the other hand, vigilance slower time perception and relative time estimation.
Depression's distorted estimation and slower time perception.
Routine repetitive lifestyle can perceive time a bit faster with a more accurate estimation.

... Certain emotions;
'Time flies by when having so much fun'.
Obviously boredom's slower time perception. The same with pain and unwillingness, with thoughts of wanting 'it' to end.
Anticipation has an even slower time perception.

Certain states;
Higher levels of mindfulness has a slower time perception yet an even more accurate estimation.
Maladaptive daydream has faster time perception and an even more distorted time estimation...
Deep meditative state disconnects it along with the spatial senses.
Sleep is relative to it's quality and quantity.
Focus is also relative.

What else... :o I'm sure there's more.

That sounds Great BB ...."So have for your friends the very best of friends " old buddist saying."
Very few people seem to get to that point in Life, where they learn to be their own friend. {{Congrats. :ninja: :mrgreen:}}
