I have neuroleptic, antidepressants, humor régulator (I don't know what's the word) and anti-epileptic.
But I don't know if I can do the survey.

I do not take any prescribed psychotropic medication. I do however take GABA supplements , for what it's worth. I'm not sure as to how effective it us , if at all.

currently, I'm prescribed vyvanse but take it infrequently and hoard the pills. I'm prescribed trazodone but never take it despite insomnia, because it only works for me at a way-too-high for my body weight dose and turns me into a disengaged zombie...I've got s**t to do. I'm not prescribed marijuana but I take it every day.

I've been prescribed an array of different meds in the past and didn't like any of them even if they allieviated the symptoms I was prescribed them for.

Two prescribed meds: aripiprazole (Abilify) and sertraline (Zoloft).

They both seem to help a lot, but I'm still not sure I want to be on medication long-term.

Sense others only mentioned meds for psych stuff I'll list the psych 1s I'm taking
Buspar for Generalized Anxiety & panic attacks.
Neurontin/Gabapentin for OCD.
Trazodone for a minor depression that was partly related to problems sleeping.
Haldol/Haloperidol for a possible delusional disorder & it also makes me less angry & less meltdowns.

wellbutrin and klonopin

It's hard to gauge how well they work but I like Wellbutrin since doesn't really have to many side effects like every other anti-depressant does, I've lost weight using it and I feel it helps me concentrate. Klonopin is a subtle drug, I've been able to control my anxiety with it lately, I worry about being cut off. All that anxiety, the physical stuff will all come back eventually if I don't take the pill. I feel that it will eventually anyways if they don't up the dose.

When I went to a psychiatrist and explained my condition (with no precise diagnosis at the time), I was given some pills from the drawer (that was locked) and not even told what is it or whatnot... Just 'Take this and take it so and so'. I rejected and late diplomatically suggested I'd 'think about it'... When I came the next time (I was originally asked to come after doing some psychological tests with another doctor), the psychiatrist told me 'Why do you come here if you reject treatment?' Well, I still think I did right in not taking the medicine. I do realize that my condition (especially the OCD part of it) is severe if not extreme most of the time, but I somehow imagine it to be brave and 'right' to abstain from medication, since, first of all, it is a drug and usually causes lots of side effects, secondly, it impairs your actual vision of the world- a thing I really do not see as preferable. I've read "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley, where the population is drugged and controlled and one character, John the Savage, rejects it and instead tries to lead an austere and ascetic way of life, going as far as to even torture himself... Not that I relate that much to that character, yet I feel that using prescribed medication that alters your mental perception is bad by definition. It's a way that the society 'disinfects' you as a suspected person. On the other hand, I have read about experiments with LSD suggesting it used as a cure for OCD, not that I have an opinion on that...
