Well, I still feel anxious, and with little appetite on top of that. The clonazepam unfortunately doesn't last long enough; only about 8 hours or so. Well, I will take it again just before work today, so I can at least do that right.

The clonazepam has helped some, but I still feel tense and irritable, like I have little patience for stuff. It leads either to going to sleep or a painful pacing about. At least I'm now able to work nearly a whole shift. :)

That sounds like you're improving, which is good to hear.
I think over a longer period the improvements will get greater, as I hope they will :)

All of a sudden, I feel like I'm in a good mood. I'm watching nice Japanese TV, which is usually relaxing. I wonder how long this will last.
