Actually, your advice would be the same as the doctors'. They say to try to "distract" from it, which to me is just another fancy term for ignore. Sometimes distracting yourself does work, but when they become too loud, it doesn't. If you'd like to exchange Skypes that's fine with me, I can always use someone to talk to!
