I actually feel a lot lighter today like something has shifted.

Had a particularly tough therapy session yesterday but I managed to get a lot of stuff out so that's maybe why I'm feeling better.

I wake up at 4am every morning and it sounds like there's a riot going on inside my head. But this morning after taking these new pills I go it was really quiet. I mean there was still noise but it was way more quieter. I hope this lasts.

They work for all kinds of things.

it perked me right up, sleep became dense. but it made me hot and sweaty, very sensitive to heat.

Ok. It's has perked me right up as well and for the second day in a row my head is so much quieter. I didn't realise how noisy it was in there until the volume has gone down.

I'll watch out for sweats but none so far.
