It's strange how I'm only paranoid around the people who accuse me of being paranoid but I'm not paranoid around the people who don't accuse me of being paranoid

I think that what I'll take from this is that I'm not actually paranoid

Usually paranoia is more general than what you describe, so I would agree that you are not paranoid.

Yeah. I always think it takes me too long to understand things that are happening to me. I think that part of my brain doesn't work

That's a normal height for a woman, I think.

Aspies are known for not doing the social processing part of NT stuff .....or at least not very quickly. :( .
unfortunately .. that seems to be a normal thing ... important to avoid really potentially toxic people :skull: . Am thinking .

I'm a very present oriented person.
Sometimes I wish I wasn't.

And it might be the case with my entire family, and possibly the culture I grew up with, too.

The upside is this lack of anxiety caused by future based thoughts.
The downside is this lack of foresight caused by future based thoughts.

All my future based thoughts are both positive and negative -- not just negative. Including less voluntary or involuntary ones.

I don't know.
Trying to think through future based thoughts is harder for me -- I either get something very random, good or bad...

.. Or get a blank page instead, which I either take it as a sign of uncertainty, lack of information or this lost/lack of prerequisite in my knowledge; whether It's taken as well in confidence or faith, or, well not -- these feelings are not consistent for me regardless of whatever initial conditions I have at the moment.

That is quite a big upside, Edna.

I wake up in the early morning with severe anxiety every day. It’s not a pleasant way to start the day.

Concerning the above three posters , ( and speaking from alittle bit older position ( observations maybe)
It has appeared to me that the intention of modern ( western civilization currently) is to keep potentially thinking people to be held under the gun so to speak , So they are too busy trying to live , than to observe and consider situations being put upon them . In order that current civilization can keep ahold on the reigns of power ?... but am just applying my version of interpeting , how society had dealt with me....
