I ask myself questions and I give myself the wrong answers

I think that when I start giving myself the right answers I might be better

Of course it is. It's primarily used to insult and dehumanize people.

Marvellous idea, use anything which helps.
People draw, use photos, write things, and all sorts.
If it helps you both to understand then it is valuable.

Unless you're a member of The Addams Family. They wear that title as a badge of honor. :D

I happen the think that some of the world's problems are down to the way psychopathy and sociopathy is sensationalised in the media.

I don't. I think it's rounded down to the psychopaths and sociopaths themselves whom the average people allow to control our world.

Besides The Addams Family aren't true psychopaths, they are characters The fact that they're actually a very close and loving family isn't the characteristics of a true psychopath.

Oh I know the Adams family aren't meant to be psychopaths.

I'll have to read the other stuff you said again because my comprehension is a bit waning atm...

Oh yeah I get it now :)

If my body's natural state feels crap, it actually means I'm sick, right??

If my body's natural state is not helping me live my life to it's fullest and despite the care it doesn't give a damn...
What's the point of wasting time coping over nothing?

I think most evil is committed by relatively normal people and that labelling them as some sort of other is just a cope from equally sh***y people who's evil is more socially sanctioned.

Antisocial personality disorder isn't very widespread so blaming people with ASPD for society's ills is just using them as a convenient scapegoat.

It's like when people use the word "monster". I hate it because they're people and people are capable of the most horrific acts.

It took me years to accept that the people who have hurt me are people just like me.

For some reason the same people who were happy to call Russian soldiers orcs get offended when IGF soldiers are called orcs.

It's hard for people to remember that sh***y people are still people.

Psychopath is definitely an overused term.

I prefer thinking of my ex as a monster. I don’t think most people would be capable of doing some of the things that he did. I’m comfortable with dehumanizing him. I spent too much time trying to rationalize his behavior. However, he’s an extreme case. I don’t feel like that the majority of the time.

Yeah I know what you mean. I used to feel the same about every single person who hurt me and absolutely ruined my life. But then (after years and years of also putting myself through hell) I thought that calling them "monster" was some how letting them off the hook. Like as if they have no other choice because they're something else. I think that most people do have a choice of how they treat other people regardless of how they have been treated or whatever. I know that I certainly do.

For me it was a hard pill to swallow when I came to my own understanding with this and now it makes me feel less afraid in a way. Because they are just people.

I get what you're saying though TP. I think everyone has their own way of healing from traumatic experiences.

Yeah I think so too. I think some people want to be a psychopath or at least want to be seen as one. My boss at my old works to me she was one. She actually wasn't but she pretended to be. It was just ridiculous.

I think she said it to try and intimidate people but it didn't work on me...she was just a joke imo
