I have a video of me reading a chapter book at the age of three. I think I taught myself when I was under two. However, I simply cannot comprehend maths. I write down squiggles that resemble numbers and draw pictures that look like letters, but when you combine them into formulas, I'm so lost. My only problem with reading is when someone puts a number in their sentence. Not "two", but 2.
Ex. I had 2 hotdogs! ... The reason this confuses me is because while reading in my head, I say(think) what the symbol is. "wordI wordhad wor-... number2 n-word hotdogs punc! ...
Am I the only one who does this? :S
