i'm mentally ill but i don't think feeling deeply for objects is related

i feel this most with the machines at my shop
people abuse them, or are generally too rough with them
and they neglect to change their consumables (this is like not changing out of dirty underwear!)
or they'll treat the machines like they are all the same even though they each have individual "personalities"

i also feel this for damaged goods at the market
i often buy damaged goods just because i know no one else wants them :(
