I was quite happy in the belief that my T was gay and then I found out that he's not

So when you wake up at night, even if your oartially sleepy still, gotta watch out for those old memories and old thought patterns sneaking in , and wanting to hang out in your mind again... while you are trying to go back to sleep .

If everything (I'm technically assuming, but that's my experience so far) works 'backwards' with me -- from not needing sensitization of interoception and feeling my feelings (which I need less, not more), to the model contrary to the model of thoughts influencing my feelings (which is that my main problem flows the other way around)...

... What chance to I ever have trusting anyone else, including professionals, when none of these closer-to-the-fundametal aspects matches mine and will always assume the other way around???

Even in some physical aspects; like water therapy makes me worse, or how certain techniques like breathe work likely triggers me more than calms me down?

Maybe I'm better off without a personal guide other party, without a therapist or a counselor for healing and self improvement.
Unless it's all about other people, how they work and how to approach them, their wellbeing, etc., and nothing to do with me at all.

I think he's grooming me but he might genuinely be being kind towards me but no one has shown me so much care and attention before without having some kind of ulterior motive
