I need to start taking responsibility for my own actions but I don't know how to because it's like I'm another person....over there

Yeah I'm a little bit dissociated I think. I can see that now

It's really disconcerting actually so I don't know why I was laughing

I've come back to normal now

I'm putting it down to the stress of the last couple days

Had a bit of a breakdown last night. Started getting upset and crying for no reason. I feel dread today and just foggy.

My intrusive thoughts are telling me that I'm gonna die this year

I'm a bit scared but I've more or less made my piece with the world

yes I would beware of those intrusive thoughts , especially about life ending issues ..Your brain can be your own best friend or your own worst enemy..
Seems as soon as you become aware that you are dealing with those thoghts, the need for a immediate chamge of mindset is needed no matter how ridiculous the distraction, but the distraction is necessary. even if its just buying a oack of Gum..Just change your immediate circumstances.
Hope the therapy appt. goes well for you.

Thank you Jakki

Yeah it went well and I do feel a bit more in the "here and now" now

I was seriously struggling with reality and having delusions and dissociating a lot

Its that time of year...Lots of people staying inside to be warm, lotsa time to be with your thoughts.... Holidays and all..
Kidz raised up to believe in equality and fictional characters riding in sleighs or whatever religion your associates celebrate... .. And old memories could haunt anyone . Re evaluating your New Years reality. Then perhaps reality
steps in and in all the world in other countries might not share those beliefs...But who knows what might precipitate those types of thoughts.. Am so glad your appt went well. And maybe a little extra stability comes back into a life.✅

The world around me feels surreal, like a bad dream I can't wake up from.

Often times brain fog can create those feelings...or actually just listening and watching US media could do that to anyone.
Motto of Media in this country is to create anxiety...( if it bleeds it Leads ). modern medias way to get attention..
Important to remember when living in the USA .
US has its own brand of propaganda, just not spoken of.that way , but nevertheless important to realize 8O
