Is narcassistic personality disorder (NDP) unlike AS curable disorder or not?

With the right medications and counseling, it can be controlled.

Depends how the word cure is used. Regarding neurological challenges such as epilepsy or ADHD, there are a number of reports where the right medicine noticeably helps a little (not a 100% cure but pretty close to a partial, temporary cure in a small way). There are many people who can slowly adjust (think years) to what they may have/whatever in some ways and slowly become aware that they can make small, helpful changes here and there (not a cure). Regarding relationships with people, there is a book by Dale Carnegie about people which has helped some readers a little (not a cure). Generally speaking, there are very few things I am aware of which are 100% curable. Small, modest improvements are often possible but a 100% cure may not be (my view).
