are people with asperger's/PDD and a comorbid mood disorder more vulnerable to psychosis?

i understand that people with asperger's often have mood issues due to social difficulties and are often confused with those who have a schizophrenic disorder and vice versa, but that aside, wouldn't some of the typical aspie characteristics and those that draw similarities to schizophrenia make one more vulnerable to developing a psychosis? iv experienced it and some clinicians think that the craziness is more correct than aspergers in my case. others don't. looking for a little perspective on the matter. please?

Null, I'm just going to move this into 'Bipolar, Tourettes, Schizophrenia, and other Psychological Conditions'

I think it will get buried in the random inanity here.

My guess would be more-so than the general NT populous but less so than those with Bipolar, Schizophrenia, etc.
