I have a mild anxiety disorder. Doesn't feel very minor right now. I just feel like something's terribly wrong that I can't get out of.

I took an ativan but it there anything I can do to get out of it?

I found that beta blockers really helped the physical aspect and prevented my heart from thumping hard and fast for seemingly no reason (which then causes the mental side of the anxiety). I'm not sure if your experiences are similar to that or if it's the physical aspect that's most bothersome.

Mine's just the emotional/mental aspect.
