He's a cool guy, and I love to hang around him, but it gets a little scary sometimes. Like, once in awhile his paranoia kicks in and he thinks you sent him a message telepathically. Like one time we were on a bar patio and I nudged him a little by accident, and he goes, "Did you just say 'I've got your back?" I shake my head, and he's all, "Right when you touched, I could swore I heard your voice say I've got your back." The really frightening times is when he takes something the wrong way and thinks you have it in for him. He take resperidol, but I don't think it's 100% effective. :(

Maybe his meds need to be adjusted or changed. I had a schizophrenic friend years ago who did well on meds but then suddenly seemed to be losing it, although not in a threatening way. I suggested to him to see the doctor about his meds. Later he was gone for a while and when he came back he told me I had been right. He had been arrested (for running down the street naked) and while in the mental hospital put on different meds.
