I believe my mom has bipolar disorder.

One minute she is happy.

The next minute she's ranting & raging at
anyone who can hear her.

The following minute she's very tired & acts like a grouch.

I don't know who will believe me.
The neighbor, who's a nurse, doesn't.
And my mom's co-workers don't take me seriously.

So, what information is the area to get her tested?
