Is this Tourette's or do I have other problems?
When I was younger and I was stressed I would often hiss the word "Death!", "Death Magic!" or "Rape!" That usually relieved some stress, but at the expense of how others saw me, and at the expense of doing well in normal society.
I stopped for a while but in the past year or two it's started back up again. I used to be alone a lot so I would hiss the word "n*gger", "nazi" and "rape" just for fun. Eventually these things became a compulsive habit and whenever I was stressed or concerned about something I would find myself blurting out the word "b*tchn*gger" without realizing it. I would also blurt out the phrase "I'm not dead!" or "I'm dead, I'm dead, I'm f*cking dead!" Sometimes my parents tell me I'm spouting "strange mantras" or "nonsense poetry" when I didn't even realize I was saying anything. Other examples of "strange mantras" or "nonsense chanting" would occur during my algebra class when I wasn't sure what an answer was to a particular problem.
I'm a little concerned but at the same time I feel like this is my body's/mind's one and only natural response to pressures such as academic stress or guilt over something bad I've done in the past.
If you don't have strange thoughts or speech problems like word salads when your doing it, it could be a type of stim your used to. Instead of shouting or hissing, why not try a different stim like playing with an object in your hands or wiggling your toes. I did find I have some flexibility to change my up stims from time to time. I still do older stims when I'm really nervous/anxious, but I usually try to control them more with lots of practice. For some people medication can help a bit by lowering their anxiety or it can do the opposite and give you stuff like hand tremors. I prefer hand related stims over others myself. I like to play with my hands, hair, or objects. I had vocal stims when I was little but I out grew them and did the other stims more.

Tourettes isn't just swearing. It's a severe movement disorder. It would be worth your while to research this before you post about swearing=TS.
