episodes started after benny and joon

well as some of you know my schizophrenia symptoms started while watching benny and joon with my girl all of a sudden the walls were warping and huming could be heard from the fan. which was off then later that night i started seeing ghosts swirling above me i did not sleep that night! does anyone else have any bad experiences with any wierd random trigger as well?

One time I was listening to MCR and I had a vision of killing myself in front of the parliament building. That was a weird trigger. It fit perfectly to the music. At first I was like WTF? It scared the crap out of me. Then I was all like OMG I looked so cool dying to MCR. I saw some shadow ghosts swirling on my ceiling a month ago. They don't bother me though I feel extremely detached from them. Benny and Joon seems like a cool trigger to have. My biggest trigger is mainly just stress caused by people around me. I literally have to do everything I can to avoid getting stressed. That often means not participating in things that I know could agitate me. I don't spend a lot of time visiting family because they argue a lot and it triggers it the most. I also try to avoid reading the news paper or watching the news.
