I'm a hypochondriac myself, what has caused me the longest damaging thoughts ever. I'd like to know about you.

I'm a hypochondriac. If I could drive, I would go to the hospital at least twice a week. My family doesn't take my complaints seriously, and I have to convince them when I actually do become ill.

I hate being a hypochondriac, because not only does it cause me to worry unnecessarily, but it also causes people to draw comparisons between me and a sister who I don't get along with (who is also a hypochondriac).

Well, when I used to suffer from panic disorder I used to be really paranoid about my health. I was always feeling anxious and because I always felt awful, I thought I had a terminal illness. I was terrified of the science department as school because I thought I would breathe in something toxic or get injured. I was scared that I would get hurt in tech class. I thought I would catch diseases from everyone. I thought I would suffer from an epileptic fit because of watching a strobing effect in a film (which I still get nervous about). Sometimes I wasn't able to properly define whether I was suffering from a panic attack or not and coupled with sensory overload I thought I was dying.

I was a very silly girl.

I kind of worry about that kind of stuff, too, because
1) A lot of people aren't careful enough and don't take written warnings seriously.
2) having different sensory issues from most people, I can kind of see why I might worry about there being something wrong with my body.
