All i seem too be able too do with my life at the moment is blow up over small things all the time and shout all day.

being autistic is really disabling me because of my explosive emotions.....i want too do so much in my life and see the world but my anger is holdin me back. its not like i am mentally ret*d and don't care about things because i am very much int ouch with reality and the world around me.



any suggestions? theres a huge world out there that is a millions light years away becasue of my mental health problems.

You could try getting help to control your anger. A therapist would be able to do that. You could also talk to your doctor about different medications that might help.

I think many people, 'mental health problems' or not, probably feel that there's a world out there that's being missed out on, and even if one were to do all the things that one would expect to alleviate that feeling, one would then still perhaps feel excluded from something better.

That's not to recommend not bothering with it, no, not at all. Perhaps it would help to get clearer on one or two things out there in the world that you want to do so that you have some reason to focus on that rather than on self-destructive miserable loop.
