Well according to that article that would mean anti-psychotics make things worse, at least the ones with those effects.....they should just use the CBD produced my marijuana because studies show that can help with schizophrenia and without causing brain shrinkage. Glad my aunt decided to go the cannabis route then the three pills she otherwise would have to take to keep the voices quiet. The only thing she may run into is strains that have lesser CBD content which might not help as much.

Also in some people cannabis can make the symptoms worse, so they'd have to isolate that chemical and use it to avoid the THC making it worse which for whatever reason can happen.

And what the hell is wrong with the author, that crap clearly causes more brain damage than alcohol.......and his/her concern is 'people who 'need' this might quit taking it? well I wouldn't blame them, though I would hope there are other options available to them such as safer drugs.
