Anyone have PTSD or C-PTSD?

I have C-PTSD in addition to moderate aspergers.

It adds a lot of anxiety and stress to an already stressed system, but I have learned some methods for coping with it that work most of the time. I have some flareups from time to time that are severe and really make life difficult.

Would like to talk to some other folks with PTSD conditions.

Yes, I also suffer from PTSD, although in my case it is not related to my military service. Too, I am fortunate in that it is relatively mild and mostly confined to loss of sleep and the reliving of the events that created the problem. It did however, cause a very big change in my attitudes relating to those who were responsible (negatively, of course). Beyond that, I do not choose to discuss the matter.

As for means of dealing with it, I would rather leave that discussion for a PM.

I have PTSD from various things, and basically it sucks...it seems the most I can do is try to manage the symptoms and but it's easier said than done
