I have just started topamax i dont like the side effects of my hands being pins and needles does it go away? (im on 25mg)

I was on that briefly years ago. I had the worst experience with it! I also had weird nightmares that would start just as soon as I dozed off. In one of them, I was riding in a car with a strange guy who rotated his head all the way around and laughed at me. His face was decaying. I went off the med shortly after having several scary dreams like that.
