This post is hugely old, but I wondered whether you still need this?

If you have a formal diagnosis, then you could get the diagnostician to do you a letter confirming the diagnosis, or photocopy the relevant page of your assessment report? There are organisations that you can buy very cheaply a wallet sized card stating you have AS, but they don't have your name on. The NAS does them and they come in different languages too, if you are in India, the only possible one that might be relevant to you is in Urdu, or of course English: http://www.autism.org.uk/card

Try to get an autism diagnosis, if you don't have one and print at least a text out of the Internet, that explains your autistic difficulties.

oh wow this is great. i liked this one.
i am not able to get diagnosed here in india.
there is not much awareness here and some people i contacted gulped down money
and shooed me away.

this card looks good but unfortunately its not having my name....

can you tell of any other site which will give a card alongwith my name.

can you give any link from where i could add my name and print the text with the disability points.

every year during appraisal i face problems in my office my project head and managers give me less points
for poor social skills and poor communication etc....i cant cross question them but if i have a certificate
i will be able to atleast tell them not to be that harsh with me and give me poor increment and no increment
atleast i am able to do hard work....and they should see the plus points.
