About the last 2-3 years my memory has gone down the tube.
I have no energy, i cannot organize my thoughts it seems like.
I am feeling very down and incapable for about 2-3 years.
I am not sure what is causing this....could be lack of exercise.
It's summer time, used to be during the summer i had more energy.
I'm only 23...yet i feel like an old person losing his mind at 23?
I have add and took stimulants for awhile but the anxiety is too much for me now.
If I even drink a cup of tea too late or too many i will have great difficulty in getting to sleep.
Often it feels like there is a tight rubber band around my head.
I moved to a different city in the woods after living at my previous house for 21 years.
So i am also wondering if i am still adapting to the change.

Looks like depression...

What happened 2-3 years ago? What triggered it? Any traumatic occurence? Any emotional distress? Any stressful time of your life? Any change in your life?

It also can be a form of burnout. Before entering this state, were you actively trying to fit in the social world? How was your life before entering this state?

Possibly.

I was also wondering if something significantly impacted you 2 - 3 years ago. You should consult with a doctor.

((hugs))

It could be depression but I will ask if your on any kind of medication or have a very unhealthy diet. I had problems like that on psych meds. I'm taking vitamins & eating a little more healthy & it's helping a little

hi there.

this: nhs.uk / Tools/Pages / depression.a s p x
is a very simple test nhs uses for determening depression. my doc gave me similar test. i was suposed to fill it in a period over two week. It seems to me that most of the population would score some level of depression.
