I am sure i have aspergers.

more too the the point i failed my work experience because i would feel angry, anxious and flustered (over things that don't annoy NTs) too the point where i lost track of everything else and could not focus on the task at hand or take in instructions.

is there a name for a mental problem which causes issues like this? imagine that feeling you get when you find out your kid brother has desytroyed your most cherished computer game.... imagine feeling like that all the time in a work enviorment.

autistic people have very often mood disregulation problems and up to a certain degree that's part of autism.

I find it difficult to follow verbal instructions, if they are written so I get a constant reminder of the task at hand. The way I lost marks from my work experience was general work place social interaction. Heh... anxiety with simple things but don't get flustered over complex work things that NT's do, a too way split indeed.

I don't think there's a separate name for this, but it's probably a feature of the autistic spectrum. It may also be an NT feature... soo.... it may be a good reason to seek a diagnosis if you want.

My advice:
Therapy and learning how to deal with your difficulties.

I would suggest going to see a professional about it. A psychologist at least, or if you think you might need meds, then a psychiatrist or a psychologist that works in a group with a psychiatrist.

That could be just part of having autism but it could possibly be related to bipolar, anxiety and depression. It could be related to a whole plethora of things really.

eat lots of greens. fish for your brain. a good diversity of vegetables and fruits.

i mean any kind of workout. could be runing, lifting weigths. anything that will pump your heart up.

i personnaly take in LTO3 which is good for people like us. helps concentration, helps with anxiety, depression, ADD etc..

a complex of B vitamins.

I don't know if this is the same for you, but I tend to ignore interruptions to a task I'm in the middle of (I hate it when people want my attention when I'm focused on doing something). That also includes interruptions like hunger and sleepiness and restroom breaks and other needs. When I don't meet my needs, after a while it seems like 'small' distractions are amplified and I can get really angry about them. After I feed myself or get enough sleep or whatever, my reactions aren't so intense.
