I see lights and energy. Anyone know why or what the cause is? I notice after I smoke cigarettes I get this white flow of energy. Also after I look at a light I see lights. There are many more examples that I could think of.

That will take a psychiartist and maybe neurologist to work out. It's way over internet keyboard commandos heads. Cigarettes do affect neurotransmitters, but what you are describing also sounds similar to some sorts of seizures. It might be something else, but you should have that checked out.

I get the same exact thing! I uses to get them a lot as a child, then went away in early adolescence and came back mid adolescence. Now im 19 and it seems to get more and more intense as time progresses. I do notice it is potentiated by cigarettes(my uncertainty as to why makes me want to quit even more). I notice that sometimes the lights pulse faster and sometimes make geometric patterns if I feel especially negative at that particular moment. My girlfriend also saw them in early childhood but it went away. I suggest you take a look at Yayoi Kusamas artwork(mostly her older stuff from 1960's not recent commercialized work). She has a long history of mental illness and in spite her success in the artworld lives in a mental institution(she chose to).

Her polka dot spam certainly is nice eye candy.
