Violent thoughts - OCD

I was wondering if anyone on here got violent obsessive thoughts? I get mental images of some terrible things and I tried to talk to my psych about it, but it didn't go well.
How do you talk about these things without sounding like murderer?

I go through bouts of getting horrific obsessive thoughts/images and I'm always afraid to talk about it and regret it after I do but I have had a few doctors/nurses who understood. The psych should really know all about intrusive thoughts (he will have had them himself, everyone does) and how they become obsessions in ocd. If you're worried, perhaps you could print off a page explaining violent obsessions or take a book that describes the nature of them, i.e. the fact that they are never acted on, that they are the opposite to your nature and horrify you etc.
Yeah, I tried to make that very clear. However my Therapist ended up feeding the fear that I'm a terrible person. I really need a therapist that doesn't leave me shaking and crying at 3AM.
