800 mg twice a day of SAM-e combined with a B complex in the morning.

If you don't want to do that, please go to a doctor. This is a question best asked for a doctor. I've taken several psychiatric meds and the side effects aren't that bad if you work with a doctor. But try the SAM-e because it's really good. Just take it with the B complex because it needs that to work.

Why does it need the B complex to work? These vitamins occur naturally in our diets. If you take a B complex you will end up with very expensive, bright yellow urine.
