On Monday I had a Paliperidone (Invega) Injection of 150mg as a replacement to Olanzapine. I am not happy with it as I am having very,very difficult side-effects. Typing this and even using a computer are difficult.
These are my side effects:
- Drowsiness (That never ends, even after a 12 hour sleep)
- Shaking in all limbs
- No Concentration
- Restlessness
- Stiff muscle movements (My Spine feels like it is trying to keep me straight)
The next dose is due on Tuesday, which will be an 100mg dose. I want to refuse because i cannot live like this. I would rather stay on just the Olanzapine or have a replacement tablet.
I was forced into having it by my hospital. I am wondering if anyone knows how long the 150mg Dose I have had will take to leave my system? I read somewhere that it could be like this for 4-9 Months.
Has anyone else had this done? And did you get the same side effects?
If I continue with this will my body get used to it?
